HALL USER SURVEY RESPONSES
In a separate survey regular hirers (22) were polled and 13 responded.  Survey responses rated (a) current hall facilities and (b) their importance and gathered comments on (c) new hall additional facilities.  These results show responses very much in line with the community survey with small exceptions on current hall facilities where greater importance was given to outside space and to the Darenth Room.

CONCLUSION
For hall design, the facilities highlighted will, where they haven’t already, be considered for inclusion.
For Harrow Meadow desired facilities the emphasis is on sports, community facilities and events, and children’s facilities.
For Harrow Meadow NOT desired facilities the emphasis is on noise, bikes and scooters, and dogs.
All responses will be assessed by the Hall and Harrow Meadow Committee.
